1 How do I bid?
1.1 Can you ship?

No sorry we do not offer shipping options at this time.  We will however accept a label from you from your preferred carrier - Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolater or other.  

1.2 How do I bid?

If you're on our website you're almost there!  From the Home Page - click on "ENTER AUCTION HERE ' and this will bring you to the active auction page.  Scroll down ever so slightly and click on the 'Catalog' (it's on the right).  Now you can view lots in this auction.

HiBid Bidder?  Use your existing HiBid login information to register

New Bidder?  Register to bid with us and have fun bidding weekly!

1.3 When does the auction close?

Our auctions start to close on Sunday evenings.  The auctions run just like a live auction except virtually - so items close one at a time.  There is a timer on all lots - you can use this to confirm the times as well.

1.4 How do I pay?

Your won items are charged to the credit card you registered with.

I moved or changed credit cards - now what?  Simply go to your HiBid user account profile and update the information within the secure site.

1.5 What's the final cost?

All items are subject to a 15% Buyers Premium and 15% Tax - so every $1 end cost is $1.32

1.6 When can I pickup my auction wins?

All auction items are due for pickup the week following the auction close - we would love to hold your items longer but we simply don't have the space (thanks for understanding!).  

We are open Monday - Friday 9-5 and Tuesday's until 7pm. 

Appointments are preferred for less wait times for you.

1.7 What happens if the item I win is broken?

While we make the effort to check items over human error can occur.  Don't worry - we do offer a return policy!  You have 14 days after the auction end date to advise us of the defect.  Sorry we do not offer exceptions to this 14 days so please pickup on time and check your items over.  While we make our best effort to note any defects we can miss things.  Please email us and let us know what's wrong and return for us to process your refund.  Returns are processed within 5 business days once returned to the original method of payment.

1.8 Can I view the items in the auction?

Unfortunately no as auction items are located in our warehouse and are visually unappealing as all items are in boxes. We do however have a new storefront to view!  All items in our storefront are priced for sale.

1.9 Can I delete my bid?

Unfortunately no.  Once a bid has been placed your are committed to that bid until you are outbid from another bidder.
